About Eddie George
Eddie George was a first-round draft selection (14th overall pick) of the Houston Oilers (now Tennessee Titans) in the 1996 Draft. He quickly made a name for himself and became the NFL Rookie of the Year for 1996. He was the starting tailback through 2003 and never missed a start. He assisted the Titans to a Super Bowl XXXIV appearance. As of 2017, George still held at least 28 Titans records.
After his stint in the pros, George completed his college degree, starred on Broadway and film, and became head coach of the Tennessee Tigers football team in 2021.
